Fees

Fees

The fee constitutes the remuneration of the lawyer. It also allows him to meet the operating costs of his office. By soliciting me, the amount of my diligence will be fixed during our first interview, then materialized later by the regularization of a fee agreement in two copies, which. will specify, in particular, the amount or the method of determining the fees, covering foreseeable diligence, as well as the various costs and disbursements envisaged. My criteria for fixing fees are in accordance with the ethics of the lawyer, namely: my quality of lawyer; the nature and complexity of the case; the importance of the research and synthesis work; the result obtained and the services rendered; the cost of running my firm; the importance of the dispute; the speed of my intervention; your financial situation. As the services are performed, an invoice will be established, the terms of payment of which may be subject to a payment period according to your possibilities. My Firm accepts the processing of your file within the framework of a legal protection contract of which you would be the holder. However, depending on the case, the scale provided for in your contract will not be sufficient to cover all of my due diligence. In this case, the difference which will be fixed at the start of the procedure, will remain your responsibility with the possibility of granting you payment facilities. The fee agreement is mandatory, except in cases of emergency or force majeure or when the lawyer intervenes under legal aid (article 10 of law number 71.-1130 of December 31, 1971, amended by law number 2015–990 of August 6, 2015, known as the Macron law). The fees must be distinguished: Costs (expenses incurred by the Firm for your defense which will be invoiced to you at the actual cost); Disbursements (expenses incurred as an advance by the lawyer to remunerate other professionals such as a Commissioner of Justice or administrations); Fees (remuneration due to the lawyer provided for and priced by law for his intervention); Costs (these are procedural stamps and pleading fees). Depending on the nature and complexity of your file, you will be offered: a fixed fee, time spent or results.

Block fee

This is a fixed mode defined in advance which has the advantage of securing the customer, no overrun can occur without the prior agreement of the latter.

Honorarium for time spent

Remuneration is based on an hourly rate determined in advance. The file is therefore invoiced on the time spent on the file.

Result fee

This is an additional fee which aims to obtain a percentage of the result obtained. It should be noted that the result fee is always associated with the package
